Pediatric Sleep Support
4 MONTHS THROUGH TODDLER YEARS
Includes: Customized sleep plan to fit your families needs, two full weeks of support with three 30 minute phone calls per week, as well as unlimited texts and emails during daytime hours for any questions you may have during our time together.

Newborn Sleep Support
0-16 WEEKS
This is NOT sleep training! We believe in responding to every need your child has while also teaching them soothing techniques. This includes a detailed sleep guide to help you know what to expect and how to help your baby start establishing healthy sleep habits week by week through the 4th trimester.

Parent and Family Education
Bringing home a new baby and want to make sure everyone is up-to-date on best practices?
Virtual or in person classes where we teach basic newborn care practices including: feeding, bathing, diapering, soothing, safe sleep, sleep shaping, preparing the home and so much more! We also provide classes for grandparents, older siblings, or other caregivers who are interested in learning the most up-to-date information on newborn care.

Cram Session
Have lots of questions, but don’t want the full support package?
Schedule a 2 hour cram-session where we will go through all of your questions and concerns. You will have access to my evidence-based knowledge and training, not just my opinion. We can go through your registry/nursery setup, how to handle visitors, what to expect the first week home, etc,. Any unanswered, asked questions will still receive future email responses or a referral for no additional fee.
